One might think that in his case time has come to a complete standstill as nobody can guess how old this gentleman actually is. Most people believe he is about 50 – 60 years old. In fact he was born in a Turkish town of Adana in... 1920. As you can quickly count, it is 102 years ago. That's impressive age then, isn't it?

    A turning point

Karim admits that he has always done a lot of exercise and taken care of his appearance. When he was younger, he was really successful at work and never complained about having too little cash or too few women around. It all changed when he was 41. He had a car crash and suffered a serious spine injury. Doctors feared that he would never be able to walk again and would remain paralyzed till the end of his life.

    A way to cure oneself

Karim did not give in, however. After 9 months he began to walk again. He realized that he had been too much focused on living a luxurious life neglecting spiritual development at the same time. It was thanks to a variety of experiments that he exposed his body to that let him recover. They were mostly about stretching, fixing bones or even suspending himself on ropes.

He swims a lot and constantly tries new yoga positions. He is vegan – he eats a lot of olives, peppers, honey, beans and drinks lots of herbal tea. Moreover, he takes care of his intellectual development and claims that he is able to regenerate his muscles using the power of his brain. In his opinion people can live up to the age of 130 years.
