A Two‑Year-Old Boy Makes Friends with a Halloween Skeleton. He Won’t Sleep If the Bony Friends Is Not Around!
Theo is 2 years old and he comes from Salt Lake City (USA). He has recently made a new friend. To the surprise of his mum and everyone else around this is Benny. A skeleton.
Theo and Benny
Theo and Benny bumped into each other in September. Once day there was a small accident which made Theo's mum go to the basement. AS always Theo went together with her and looked around the place.
Halloween decorations
Suddenly Theo spotted a long-forgotten piece of Halloween decoration. It was a skeleton that Theo soon called Benny. For a reason Theo got to like him a lot and asked his mum to bring Benny upstairs.
The boy and the skeleton have been really close friends ever since
Theo will take the skeleton everywhere he goes, even if that's outside the house. He treats him as his best friend!
As Abby says, people find this friendship really amusing and heart-warming
They are entertained by the entire situation and the unusual companion of the two-year-old boy
Abby guesses that perhaps Theo would have never fallen for Benny so much but for the pandemics
This is why the boy missed out a lot on playing with other children and spending time with other people
A way to spend lonely evenings
Benny is definitely a way to survive these hard times. And that's good – life without him would be much harder for the boy.
Lasting friendship
It seems that that Benny will stay with the family way beyond the Halloween season. Or at least until Theo can play with his peers again.
