7 Food Products That Should Not Be Washed
There is a belief that every food product must be washed. Unfortunately, this is not true, and washing some food can do more harm than real benefits. Find out which products should not be washed.
1. Fish
Washing raw fish under running water will not remove microorganisms. On the contrary, the liquid will easily settle on your clothes, kitchen furniture or other products that are located around the sink. Fish after being taken out of the fridge or freezer should be cooked treated immediately.
2. Meat
