    Things you need:

    -a bottle with an atomiser

    -alcohol (for example vodka)

    -distilled water

    -lavender essential oil

    -dried lavender (optionally)

    How to make lavender bed linen spray?

    1. Mix 2 tablespoons of vodka with 10-15 drops of lavender oil.

    2. Pour the alcohol into the bottle with an atomiser.

    3. Pour the distilled water (approximately 2 glasses)

    4. Stir it well and it’s ready

    Instead of distilled water you can use boiled water just as well.

    You can spray it in the room and all over the linen just before going to sleep.

    How to make lavender bed linen spray using dried lavender?

    1. Boil 4 tablespoons of lavenders for 5 minutes and a glass of tap water.

    2. In a separate pot boil 1.5 glasses of water.

    3. Drain the lavender and pour the stew into a jar.

    4. Pour the boiled water into the jar.

    5. Add 2 tablespoons of vodka.

    6. Add 10 drops of lavender oil.

    7. Close the jar and mix the content.

    8. Pour the mixture into a bottle with an atomiser.
