    Special task plastic

This little piece of plastic is called a pizza-saver. Some call it a pizza guardian angel. That makes a lot of sense when you realize you owe it much more than you could ever imagine.

A Canadian chain of pizza restaurants called Boston pizza added a few tiny chairs to form a living-room set of furniture in the middle of their pizzas

    A little table

The function of this little piece of plastic that does look like a table is really simple. It is to protect your pizza against the lid of the box falling onto it and sticking to it. Thanks to it, even if your delivery guy is a little bit clumsy, you won’t have to scratch the cheese off the cardboard.

    American invention

Pizza-saver was invented by Carmela Vitale from USA. She went as far as to get a patent hoping to make a living thanks to her ideas. Although I don’t know whether this particular American dream came true, it has caught on all over the world.

The top of the table could be triangular
