#1 'Carved wood with rings around the center. The rings are not removable. I found it in the park. What is it?'
Answer: This is a Mexican hot chocolate stirrer/shaker known as a molinillo.
#2 'What is it?'
Answer: This is a tool for removing the top from a boiled egg.
