    Golden milk

    Ingredients:

    - a glass of milk

    - half a teaspoon of powdered curcuma

    - half a teaspoon of powdered ginger

    - a pinch of cinnamon and cardamon

    - a tiny pinch of cayenne pepper

    - a spoonful of honey

    Warm the milk and mix it with all the ingredients. Remember that the milk has to be warm, not hot.

    Ginger orange

    Ingredients:

    - a liter of hot water

    - half an orange

    - a ginger root (3cm)

    - a lemon

    - a teaspoonful of curcuma

    - 3-4 cloves

    - a spoonful of honey

    Slice the lemon and the half of orange. Put the slices into a jug (or another dish that can be used for hot water). Peel the ginger, grate it and add it to the fruit. Add the cloves and curcuma. Pour hot water. Once it cools down, add a spoonful of honey and stir it well.

    Sea-buckthorn and raspberries

    Ingredients:

    - 3 spoonful of frozen raspberries

    - 2 spoonful of sea-buckthorn juice (or its frozen fruit)

    - a spoonful of raspberry juice

    - 3-4 slices of ginger

    - a slice of orange

    - a spoonful of honey

    - green tea

    Make the green tea with the slices of ginger. Take out the bag and add raspberry juice, sea-buckthorn and honey. Stir everything. Add a slice of orange to make it look nice.

    Ingredients:

    - black tea

    - milk

    - a mixture of cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, powdered ginger, nutmeg and cloves in equal proportions (if you prepare a large amount of the mixture, you can store it in your refrigerator for a long time)

    - a spoonful of honey

    Pour a half glass of milk and half a teaspoon of spice mixture into a pot. Boil it. Use the other half of glass of water to make strong black tea. Add the milk with the spices and sweeten it with honey. If you can, foam the milk – it’s going to taste even better!
